4 Yukon Gold potatoes, 12 sweet onion
2 eggs
1 14 tsp. of salt
fry in canola oil
directions: Grate the potatoes and onion and place them in a bowl. Mix in the eggs and salt after adding them.
In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Spoonfuls of batter should be dropped into boiling oil. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until the food is thoroughly cooked inside and out. Once all the batter has been fried, repeat. Serve right away.
