Herbed Oven Roasted Potatoes And Onions Recipe

Eight medium potatoes as ingredients
Two big red onions
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Italian herb spice, 1 tablespoon
12 teaspoon ground pepper
1/tsp. salt
Instructions
Set the oven to 375 degrees.
Put parchment paper on the baking sheet.
Potatoes should be peeled and chopped into fourths.
Cut the onions into wedges after peeling.
On the baking sheet, arrange the potatoes and onions.
Toss the potatoes and onions with olive oil after pouring it over them.
The potatoes and onions should be separated in a single layer so that they do not contact (if there is not enough room, use the second baking sheet).
Add pepper and herbs to the potatoes and onions.
Place in the center of the oven, and bake for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
