Instructions


1. Use a box grater with big holes to shred the potatoes.


2. Center the grated potatoes on a waffle towel or paper towel, gather the corners, and squeeze the potatoes' liquid out.

3. Add the potatoes, melted butter, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix well.
4. Heat the oil to medium-high heat in a sizable nonstick skillet. Make sure the mixture covers the bottom of the skillet.

5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes over medium heat, or until the side is golden brown. Use a wide spatula to flip the rosti over after shaking the skillet to loosen it.
6. Cook for a further 5 to 7 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Place the rosti on a cutting board, slice into serving sizes, and then offer.
