Chili-Roasted Potato Wedges
With your preferred dip, chili-roasted potato wedges make a delicious side dish. Add a few drops of green food coloring to the ranch or French onion dip you serve with the potatoes for some St. Patrick's Day fun.
Ingredients
2 pounds of potatoes for baking
Olive oil, two tablespoons
McCormick® Chili Powder, 1 teaspoon
1 kosher salt tsp

Instructions
The oven should be heated to 450°F.
potato wedges into three by 1/2-inch pieces. Put it inside a big bowl. Add oil and stir to evenly coat.
Mix salt and chili powder. Toss potatoes with the mixture to coat them evenly. Place potatoes on a baking tray that is 15x10x1 inches and coated with foil.
Bake potatoes for 30 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden.
