This recipe for soft-grilled tiny potatoes is ideal as a side dish with steak, fish, or fowl that has been barbecued. What's best? There are no additional pans to wash because you can make these delicious potatoes on the grill in foil packets.

Mini potatoes, 454 g, 4 tsp.
Almond oil
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary, fine
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
10 minutes are spent on preparation, and 20 minutes are spent cooking.
Set the grill to medium-high heat. Four foil squares measuring 12 in.
Add salt, rosemary, and oil to potatoes and toss. Place equal amounts of potatoes on each foil sheet. Potatoes are packaged in packets.
Flick foil packages halfway through grilling, and cook until potatoes are soft to the fork, 20 to 25 minutes. If preferred, serve with a grilled steak and a salad.
