Ingredients
8 large potatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/tsp. salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Set the oven to 425°F. Use parchment paper to line two baking sheets.
Potatoes should be peeled and chopped into fourths. Put each potato piece in a bowl after blotting it with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Over the potatoes, drizzle oil. Spread the oil over the potatoes with your hands, making sure that every potato piece is covered.
Potatoes should be placed on baking pans (make sure the potatoes are not touching each other). Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are very soft and deep golden brown.
