Spanish-Style Crunchy Potato Tortilla
Spanish tortillas are one of our weaknesses, therefore we quickly prepared and shared this recipe. White wine, good company, and this traditional crunchy Spanish tortilla go well beautifully.
Ingredients: 2 pounds of potatoes (1 kg)
3 tablespoons olive oil
To taste, add salt
pepper, black, to taste
chile — as desired

COOKING SKILLS
Peeled potatoes should be boiled before being mashed and seasoned to taste.
Pour the mashed potatoes into a Teflon pan that has been heated with olive oil. Smooth the top by pressing down.
Using a large plate or lid to assist, bake the dish for approximately 10 minutes on medium heat.
Slide the tortilla into the remaining olive oil after adding it.
