Oven-Baked Schnitzels
INGREDIENTS
pork steaks - 4 pcs.
egg whites - 3 lightly beaten
pepper mix
paprika
black pepper
salt
flour - 2.1 oz (60 g)
breadcrumbs - 2.1 oz (60 g)
cornflakes - 3.5 oz (100 g) crushed

HOW TO COOK
Thin out the steaks with a hammer into a thickness of about 5 mm. Season with spices and roll them in flour.
Beat the excess off and dip them in the lightly beaten egg whites, then in the mixed breadcrumbs and finely chopped cornflakes.
Arrange the schnitzels in a greased baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes in a moderately heated oven.
Serve the oven-baked schnitzels with a salad of your choice.
